USPS shows package delivered, but I never received it.

Take your tracking number down to your local U.S. Post Office, as some USPS carriers will not deliver packages over a certain weight. With this circumstance, the package may be logged as delivered but waiting pick up at your local Post Office.

We are not able to start a claim for lost packages once a delivery confirmation has been received.

My package is lost.

The USPS considers a package lost after 30 days; keep this in mind as USPS Priority Mail sometimes takes longer than the expected 2-3 day time period. The insurance for your package covers loss, however we do not honor lost claims until 15 business days past the date of origin scan from the USPS

Shipping confirmations are auto generated once a order has been placed and begun preparation for shipment. (Your tracking number will be included with this)

Yes, all orders are insured against loss and damage. Our insurance policy will have additional information.

Our brass is sourced from the U.S. Military as well as private indoor ranges, where reloads are not allowed.

I received an incorrect item with my order, how do I ship it back?

If you received an item incorrectly on part of SEI, you will be reimbursed for the return shipping at our published rates.

If SEI Armament sent the correct item, but it was not what you needed; You will be responsible for return shipping.
